In the “Farah & Farah Fuel Your Summer Insiders Gas Card Giveaway,” News4JAX Insiders have TWO opportunities to win a $100 gas card.
Please fill out both of the entry forms below. Both drawings begin at 12 a.m. on Monday, June 6, and the first winners will be announced on June 24 at 8 a.m. on The Morning Show, with four winners receiving a $100 gas card each.
The second round will be drawn on July 1 at 8 a.m. on The Morning Show, with four more winners receiving a $100 gas card.
There is no need to buy anything. Each contestant is only allowed to submit one valid entry.
To be eligible for this contest, you must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Wherever it is prohibited by law, this contest is void.
The winners will get an email notification. If a winner cannot be reached after seven (7) days, or if that person is unable to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen. If an eligible winner cannot be identified, the reward will be forfeited.
News4Jax reserves the right to replace a reward of equal or better value if one is unavailable.
News4Jax has the right to limit local winners to those who live within a 60-mile radius of 4 Broadcast Place, Jacksonville, FL 32207 as their primary residence.
