Several search and rescue groups are searching for a missing man in Campbell County.
According to the Bellevue Police Department, Mark Bertram has been gone since early Sunday morning, leaving his mobile phone and walking cane behind. Bellevue police said searches were halted early Monday morning but are anticipated to resume around noon. The Boone County Water Rescue is reportedly sonar scanning a more significant portion of the Ohio River this afternoon.
