Sheriff Grady Judd announced on Wednesday that Jacob Kubai is charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child, aggravated child abuse, and two counts of knowingly abusing a child without bodily harm in the tragic case of his daughter’s death.
The arrest follows a thorough investigation conducted jointly with the Bartow Police Department, initiated on February 22nd after Willow was admitted to Bartow Regional Medical Center under distressing circumstances.
