According to the lawsuit filed on Wednesday in state court in Orlando, the explosion left Kerouac covered in human feces, urine, and debris.

Details about the specific injuries Kerouac sustained were not immediately available. When contacted for more information, his attorney, Scott Spradley, indicated he would respond to questions the following day.
Dunkin’, headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, has yet to respond to inquiries seeking comment.
