A horrifying incident unfolded in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on November 24, when Brittany Skoland, a mother, fell victim to a brutal pit bull attack, resulting in the loss of both her legs and critical injuries that required facial reconstructive surgery.

Vicious Pit Bull Attack
The Fort Dodge Police were summoned to Skoland’s residence after a neighbor reported hearing cries for help. Arriving at the scene, officers encountered three aggressive pit bulls attacking Skoland.
Despite attempts to scare the dogs away, the animals persisted in their assault. Faced with no alternative, an officer was compelled to use his firearm to shoot all three pit bulls fatally.
