A two-time gold medalist, former US Olympic swimmer Klete Keller, faced sentencing on Friday for his involvement in the riot at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Despite pleading guilty to a federal felony, Keller managed to avoid prison time and was instead sentenced to 36 months of probation, six months of home detention, and 10 hours of community service monthly.
