In this scenario, Medicare will pay for your prescription medications under Part D whether you have traditional Medicare (parts A and B) or a Medicare Advantage plan (part C).
Having both will likely cover the majority of your medical expenses because Medicaid may also cover services and medications that Medicare does not.
