Healthy Foods? Maybe Not!

Numerous of these products offer real lifestyle advantages and are bursting with beneficial vitamins, minerals, and other elements that significantly improve your diet. 

Other healthy foods find ways to lessen the number of calories, salt, sugar, and fat they contain, offering a more wholesome substitute for traditional dishes. You might be surprised to learn that some of these nutritious products are really worse for you than sweets.

Even though candy is advertised as free of artificial colors,  it still contains 80% sugar. Additionally, just because a color comes from a plant doesn’t automatically make it healthy.

Dried fruit
