Despite the fact that animated series such as Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Bad Batch have done a lot to fill in the perceived gaps left by the prequel trilogy, there are still a few stories that have not been told.
The new Star Wars series, Tales of the Jedi, centers entirely on the exploits of two individuals who are capable of wielding the force: Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku.
Both of these individuals began their lives as devoted Jedi, but eventually, they went in different directions away from the Jedi way. This miniseries tells the story of how these characters evolved into the ones we are familiar with.
Tales of the Jedi Release Date
Even though Disney has been moving around the release dates for their Star Wars films, and even though Star Wars: Andor and Star Wars: The Bad Batch have both been delayed, we still have to hold out hope that there won’t be any more delays in the future.

Tales of the Jedi Plot
The structure of Tales of the Jedi is one of a kind and encompasses a wide variety of characters and narratives. From what we have gathered so far, we know that it spans both before and after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and includes stories from both of those time periods.

Each episode will be fifteen minutes long and will take place in a different era, with the majority of them taking place in eras that we haven’t seen before. We are aware that the majority of the content relating to Count Dooku takes place while he is still a Jedi and before he betrays the order.
Additionally, we are aware that this takes place during the time that he is Qui-master. Gon’s This section will hopefully explain how he was persuaded to leave the Jedi order as well as the factors that pushed him along the way. They appear to include a few cameos from Legend’s content throughout their narrative.
The Ahsoka perspective of the story has been presented to us in a more lucid and detailed manner. One scene depicts a younger Ahsoka undergoing training alongside Captain Rex, played by Dee Bradley Baker, and Anakin Skywalker, played by Matt Lanter.
It is eerie to think that the scene in which Ahsoka is training with the clones is a foreshadowing of Order 66. The next scene shows Ahsoka attending Padme’s wedding, where she has an encounter with a new antagonist.
If you read the captions that are displayed during this scene, you will learn that this new villain is an inquisitor. We see Ahsoka engage in combat with an inquisitor and seize the crystals from the lightsaber for herself in the book Ahsoka by E. K. Johnston. It’s possible that this will be the focus of the episode, but it could also be a retcon for a brand-new plot as well.
In addition to that, we have witnessed a few intriguing individuals who mysteriously vanished from the Jedi Council. Everyone has a soft spot in their heart for Grogu and Yoda, but soon we will be introduced to yet another green face. Since the trailer shows Master Yaddle, it’s possible that we’ll find out what happened to her and how Grogu ended up at the Jedi Temple.
