He continued, “Zack [Snyder] wanted to do a version of the incredibly wonderful Frank Miller Dark Knight graphic novel series.
“Unfortunately, there are many factors at play in the movie industry, and just because your face is on the poster doesn’t imply that you’re influencing all of those factors—and even if you were, that they would go well—that they will go well.”
