James Cromwell and Anna Gunn Have Joined Sugar

Variety has learned that five new cast members have been added to the upcoming Apple series “Sugar,” which will feature Colin Farrell. These new cast members join the previously announced cast of the show.

James Cromwell (“Succession,” “Babe,” “Six Feet Under”), Anna Gunn (“Breaking Bad,” “Deadwood”), Dennis Boutsikaris (“Better Call Saul,” “Mayfair Witches”), Alex Hernandez (“Invasion,” “Bloodshot”), and Lindsay Pulsipher are some of the new cast members that have joined the show (“The Beast,” “True Blood”).

Cromwell and Gunn have been cast in parts that will appear more than once in the series, while Boutsikaris, Hernandez, and Pulsipher will appear in the series consistently.

In addition to Colin Farrell, Kirby Howell-Baptiste and Amy Ryan had been mentioned at one point or another as potential cast members for the role.

This movie will be directed by Fernando Meirelles, who is most known for his work on “The City of God” and “Two Popes.”
