The Dobbs v. Jackson decision, which declared the right to an abortion unconstitutional and overturned the precedent-setting 1972 case, was published by the Supreme Court on Friday morning.
A draught ruling from the Supreme Court that revealed the Court’s plan to abolish the right to an abortion emerged earlier this year, sparking a fierce response from the public.
As the ruling takes effect, over half of the states have adopted abortion restrictions that are nearly complete.

She led a chant at the festival on Friday and expressed her rage at the choice.

Are any Americans present? Who wants to say “f*ck the Supreme court on three?” she questioned before responding.
The chorus was then led by the vocalist as she counted to three.

During her headlining set on Friday, Billie Eilish also addressed the subject, declaring: “Today is a really, really sad day for women in the US and I’m just going to say that because I can’t bear to think about it any longer at this point.”
Many have expressed their objection to the decision following the strong response it received in the US and elsewhere in the world.

The Supreme Court’s decision today will be seen in history as a setback for the rights of women and other people, “On Twitter, Hillary Clinton posted.
“Abortions won’t ever be eliminated even if Roe is overturned and made illegal. They become even riskier as a result, particularly for the poor and disenfranchised. This choice will result in deaths. And we won’t let up until the United States of America restores the right to an abortion “Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a congresswoman, tweeted.
