The central figure in a statewide missing kid alert is a teenager from Plant City.
Breanne Spivey, 13, is being sought after by law police.
She has brown hair and brown eyes, and she weighs 100 pounds and is 5’1″ tall.
Her last known location was the 3900th block of Sparky Lane in Plant City on Saturday.
