Two suspects in a drive-by shooting that took place on I-95 North in Providence last year have been indicted by a grand jury.
Both Jarvon Brown, 34, and Enrique Miranda, 35, are accused of numerous offences, including assault with intent to murder and drive-by shooting.
On October 21, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., gunfire was near Exit 38. A male with an abdominal gunshot wound was discovered inside a car that had been shot at many times, according to the police.
Despite having life-threatening wounds, the sufferer made it through.
Before apprehending Miranda and Brown, investigators carried out 27 search warrants, according to the police.
Due to several offences, both suspects were on probation. On Wednesday, they will be formally charged in Providence County Superior Court.
