Celena Morrison, the Executive Director of Philadelphia’s Office of LGBT Affairs, found herself in the spotlight for unexpected reasons over the weekend.
Morrison, along with her husband, was arrested following a traffic stop on an expressway, sparking a wave of attention and controversy.
