During the Halloween weekend, a 43-year-old New York man was arrested due to a misunderstanding related to a candy-filled Halloween boo bag left on his porch.

New York Terrifying Moments with a Gunman

The incident took place in Long Island, New York, when a 42-year-old mother drove her daughter, two sons, and nephew to deliver a Halloween goody bag to a friend’s house. The intention was to spread some Halloween cheer by leaving the treats on the friend’s front porch.

However, confusion arose when the 10-year-old daughter realized that the address used for her friend’s house might have been incorrect. Sensing the mix-up, the family decided to return to the home to retrieve the goody bag, making sure the treats reached their intended recipient.

As the 6-year-old from the family approached the front porch to collect the bag, a startling turn of events occurred. The front door of the residence suddenly opened, and Michael Yifan Wen, 43, emerged, brandishing a black handgun and pointing it at the boy’s head.
