The Baltimore Police have issued a warning regarding Williams, stressing that he is armed and poses a significant danger.

The search for Williams has been further intensified as an arrest warrant was issued on June 15 in connection with a drugs and firearms conspiracy case investigated by federal agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Another suspect involved in the shooting, a 17-year-old, was apprehended in Washington, D.C., last week and charged with multiple counts of attempted murder.
