Tupac Shakur and Orlando Anderson’s Clash

Davis, long suspected by law enforcement, began implicating himself in recent years through public statements. Following a grand jury indictment returned in Clark County, Nevada, Davis was taken into custody outside his home.

The indictment centers on the alleged role of Davis as the shotcaller in a plot to avenge the beating of his nephew, Orlando Anderson, by Tupac Shakur and his entourage inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in 1996. This vendetta led to the tragic drive-by shooting of Shakur near the Las Vegas strip, ultimately claiming the life of the hip-hop star.

Police shared insights into the events leading up to the fatal incident, where Davis orchestrated a retaliatory plan, boarding a white Cadillac with others to pursue Shakur and his companion Marion Suge Knight in a black BMW.
