The recent arrest of former President Donald Trump brought his physical characteristics into the limelight, prompting a discussion on social media, particularly on TikTok, regarding his alleged weight and height.

Donald Trump’s Dietary Preferences: Processed Foods and Fast Food

As discussions about Donald Trump’s physical attributes persist, an intriguing issue emerges: What was the President’s diet like?

In contrast to his predecessor, Barack Obama, who was lauded for his health-conscious lifestyle, Donald Trump favored processed and quick foods in his diet.

In a 2010 interview with Us Weekly’s ‘25 Things You Don’t Know About Me’ section, Trump revealed some of his favorite comfort foods even before becoming President.

These included hamburgers, See’s Candies, cherry-vanilla ice cream, and the peculiar pizza habit of consuming only the garnishes and discarding the crust.

During his 2016 presidential campaign, Trump made no secret of his affection for fast food, especially McDonald’s.

His favorites were Big Macs, Filet-O-Fish, and Quarter Pounder Cheese. He even acknowledged occasionally consuming KFC poultry.

Trump attributed his preference to the stringent sanitation standards of fast-food franchises, stating, “I think you’re better off going there than to a place where you don’t know where the food is coming from.”

Trump frequently regarded breakfast as optional.

When he did eat breakfast, it was typically a substantial combination of eggs and bacon or a bowl of iconic American cereal, with an emphasis on ‘Made in the USA.’

Trump frequently ingested a light lunch at his desk.

However, it is important to note that President Joe Biden has since removed the Diet Coke icon from the Resolute Desk.
