These innovations, which are slated for introduction in 2024, are designed to transform the drive-through and mobile ordering experiences for customers, especially in response to the escalating need for convenience in today’s hectic society.

In order to improve efficiency and customer happiness, Chick-fil-A will try an elevated drive-thru concept in the Atlanta metropolitan region. 

With four thoughtfully constructed lanes that cleverly pass beneath the kitchen, this futuristic drive-through will be able to accommodate up to 75 cars at once. 

The orders will be quickly transported from the kitchen to dedicated staff who will quickly deliver the meals right to the clients’ automobiles thanks to a larger kitchen and a cutting-edge food transportation system. 

As soon as they enter one of the two designated mobile order lanes, customers who choose to use the Chick-fil-A mobile app will notice that their orders are immediately relayed to the kitchen, guaranteeing that they will receive their freshly made meal as quickly and conveniently as possible. 

Customers will also still have the choice to place their orders there, on-site. In contrast, Chick-fil-A’s digital walk-up approach in the energetic metropolis of New York will only accept mobile orders, giving customers in busy urban locations a seamless point-of-pickup experience.
