The Biden administration was criticized on Thursday by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for flying the Pride flag prominently at the White House and welcoming a transgender activist who went topless on the South Lawn.
DeSantis, a leading candidate for the GOP nominee in 2024, told reporters in Fort Pierce at a budget-signing event: “When they had at the White House, you know, this transgender flag as the precedence above the American flag, that’s wrong, that is not how you display the American flag.”
