FBI Report Uncovers Alleged $5 Million Payment from Burisma Executive to Joe Biden

President Joe Biden allegedly received $5 million from a representative of the Ukrainian natural gas business Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sits on the board, according to information provided to the FBI by a confidential informant in a June 2020 interview.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the details of the FD-1023 form, which was created by the FBI and detailed an alleged illegal bribery plan between the then-vice president Joe Biden and a foreign official that entailed influencing US policy choices.

The FBI’s interview with a very reliable confidential source, who described several meetings and talks they had with a top Burisma executive over the period of several years, beginning in 2015, is documented in the FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020.

FBI agents record unconfirmed information from protected human sources on an FD-1023 form. 

The form is used to record information that has been provided to an FBI agent, but merely recording it does not authenticate it or compare it to other information that the FBI is aware of.

Alleged FD-1023 Form Reveals Information on Payments

During that call, the Burisma executive was advised to give the Bidens $50,000 each, but the executive responded that the amount was actually $5 million.

According to a source who is acquainted with the matter, the $5 million payments appeared to refer to a type of retainer Burisma intended to pay the Bidens to handle a number of matters, including the Shokin inquiry.

A pay-to-play strategy was used to describe the arrangement by another source.

The anonymous human source believes that the $5 million payments to Joe and Hunter Biden happened as a result of conversations with the Burisma executive.
