The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) exists in the United States to ensure that as many low-income Citizens as feasible have access to the Internet.
In today’s society, functioning without an Internet connection is immensely difficult and causes a great deal of frustration.
What is ACP?
In countries such as the United States, it is now increasingly prevalent for applications and services to be completed entirely online rather than on paper. Qualifying for the ACP can be extremely beneficial, and those who qualify will be eligible for a substantial discount on a device that can help them access the Internet.
If you qualify for the ACP, you will receive a $100 program discount that can be applied to any qualifying broadband device. Simply select the device in question and then input the enrollment ID received during APC registration.
The program is not a method to pay for phone calls or text messages, as it is only for obtaining a residential internet connection. Consequently, a compatible mobile device can utilize unlimited speak, text, and 30GB of high-speed data communication SIM.
The primary tablet offered through the program is the Maze Speed tablet. Buying one of these would normally cost 119 dollars, but those who qualify for the APC will pay only 19 dollars.
