In the video, a Washington state dispensary owner is heard cursing at a state trooper who stopped a guy near a marijuana store.
According to the local news station Source One News, the woman in the video is Amy Dalluge, owner of the marijuana store The Green Seed in Moses Lake, Washington, and the person responsible for posting the footage to social media earlier this year.
Videos Caught The Incident
In the footage, Yasin Anwar, a Washington State Patrol officer, is seen standing outside of a stopped car as Dalluge yells for him to get out, according to Source One News. The car pulled into The Green Seed’s parking lot after being stopped for not having a seatbelt on, according to Anwar on the website.
A member of the Washington State Patrol asserted that Dalluge was enraged after a police officer was spotted passing by his store.
A Washington State Patrol officer remarked that it is frustrating that Trooper Anwar is verbally harassed while carrying out his responsibilities.

Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board Probes
A state agency is studying the surveillance footage and may refer charges against Dalluge to the district attorney. Even though Dalluge reached out to police for aid with The Green Seed, Moses Lake police chief Kevin Fuhr told Source One News that Dalluge’s previous experiences with law enforcement had been unfavorable.
Fuhr alleged that Dalluge assaulted his agency’s sheriff’s deputies. His agency’s lawsuit against Dalluge went viral after the film was released.
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board are investigating Dalluge after receiving many complaints about The Green Seed, including one that merited a formal warning. According to Source One News, Dalluge may lose his business license if he gets prosecuted.
