The company that is responsible for the widely used AI chatbot ChatGPT is currently testing out a subscription service in the United States.
OpenAI, the creator of the chatbot, announced that for $20 per month, subscribers will have access to the platform even at peak hours when it can be difficult to log on, as well as priority access to new features.
ChatGPT Subscription
In the beginning, only people on a waiting list will have access to the study. However, the company intends to eventually make the trial available to a broader population. The company stated that the free version will still be available.
OpenAI expected in a blog post that membership would permit open access. Currently, the business incurs negligible costs whenever the chatbot is employed. ChatGPT gives genuinely human responses to inquiries utilizing internet-sourced data.
Within a few days of its debut, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman tweeted that it had been used over one million times; however, the company has not provided any additional information since then.
People are fascinated by the chatbot’s ability to imitate a variety of writing styles, from journalists and doctors to rock stars and student essay writers. The musician Nick Cave criticized its attempts to write songs in his manner as a grotesque parody.
People use ChatGPT not only for entertainment, but also to compose website and marketing text, locate food recipes, and write or check program code.
There are concerns that students are already using it to complete their schoolwork, and some cybersecurity experts have warned that it may be used to create malware.

Future Of Search Engines

OpenAI released a tool on Tuesday that it claims can distinguish between text produced by humans and artificial intelligence.
Some experts feel that competent chatbots represent the future of search engines, in which artificial intelligence searches the internet for a single correct response to a search query as opposed to providing pages of links.
However, ChatGPT does not yet attribute information or comment on its authenticity, and thus frequently presents false information as reality.
It is also restricted to internet content as it existed in 2021. The released version is version three, and the corporation has stated that the following generation is currently being developed.
ChatGPT is well-known as a language-learning approach, and other companies are producing similar programs.
