After no one won the top prize in Tuesday night’s drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot has reportedly grown to an estimated $1.35 billion, the second-largest in the lottery’s history, according to officials.
Mega Millions Jackpot Numbers
That’s an improvement above the $1.1 billion jackpot won on Tuesday, when no tickets matched all six of the winning numbers—7, 13, 14, 15, 18, and the Mega Ball 9—to win.
Although no ticket was drawn to win the jackpot, 16 people did win the game’s second-tier reward, which may be worth $3 million.
The projected $1.35 billion reward, which would be worth around $707.9 million if the winner chose the cash option, will be drawn again on Friday night. The lottery added that if it were to be won, it would be second only to the $1.537 billion Mega Millions prize that was won in South Carolina in 2018.
“While many people believe that Friday the 13th is unlucky, Mega Millions players have found success on that day in the past, with six jackpots having been won on that day. This Friday, there is significant potential for another! In a news statement issued early on Wednesday, the lottery stated.

Biggest Lottery Winners
Four jackpots were won in Michigan on Friday the thirteenth in 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2017, with the most recent one being split with a Rhode Island winner, according to the Mega Millions lottery.
Other rewards won on Friday the thirteenth occurred in Ohio in 2015 and New York in 2009.
After nearly three months without a winning ticket being drawn, the enormous Mega Millions jackpot surpassed the billion-dollar level.
The most recent jackpot was won at $502 million on October 14 when two winning tickets from Florida and California were drawn. Since then, 68 players have won at least $1 million, and more than 33 million winning tickets have been sold, according to the lottery.
Together with the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands, Mega Millions is played in 45 states.
