The state of South Carolina has been providing stimulus checks, debit cards, and direct deposits of up to $800 since the beginning of the year and will continue doing so until the end of the year on the 31st of December. The $8.4 billion budget for this year includes the income tax rebates that were authorized by legislators.
Massachusetts started sending back $3 billion in tax receipts in November. The payments, which amount to around 14% of a person’s 2021 state income tax liability, will likely be made through at least December 15th.

Stimulus Checks Until December 31
California
The majority of the payouts are scheduled to be made this year, with the remaining amounts expected to arrive by January 15, 2023, according to state estimates.
Colorado
An actual check for $750 was due to state citizens who submitted their 2021 return by June 30th, thanks to the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) Amendment of 1992. (A couple filing jointly will receive $2,500.)
Delaware
A $300 stimulus check was issued to all Delawareans who submitted their 2020 tax forms after Governor John Carney approved the Delaware Relief Rebate Program in April.
Florida
Almost 60,000 families in Florida received lump sum payments of $450 per child to mitigate the costs of growing inflation, as stated by the state’s Republican governor, Ron DeSantis.
Georgia
In March, Gov. Brian Kemp approved a bill allowing for refunds to be given to residents who submitted state tax returns for both 2020 and 2021. In May, taxpayers who filed as singles got $250, those who filed as heads of households got $375, and married couples filing jointly got $500.
Hawaii
This year, residents of Hawaii with yearly incomes of less than $100,000 (or $200,000 when filing jointly) received a one-time tax credit of $300. The rebate extends to dependents, up to the maximum of $1,200 per family of four.
To the tune of $1.3 million, rebates will be paid out electronically, while $1.9 million will receive checks. If a person’s direct deposit is refused, they did not include their banking information on their return, or their rebate was offset by debts, a paper check will be provided instead.
In total, the IRS anticipated issuing 2,9 million reimbursements by October 11, with the remainder distributed gradually through the rest of the year for returns received by November 1.
