The projected $76 million Powerball jackpot winning numbers were drawn on Wednesday night, but no big prize winner was declared.
The Multi-State Lottery Association reports that the winning numbers for the drawing on November 16 were 28, 34, 51, 53, and 56, and the Powerball was 11. Power Play was two times.

Although there were two $1 million Match 5 winners in Georgia and Arizona, no one managed to match all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot.
The Powerball jackpot is gradually increasing once more following three consecutive draws without a winner. On Saturday, November 19, the Powerball jackpot grew to an estimated $93 million with a cash option of $46.7 million.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at around 10:59 p.m. ET, Powerball draws are held. In addition to 45 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, Powerball is also played there.
The $62.9 million Powerball jackpot was not won on Monday, but a second-prize ticket was sold in Washington state that matched five numbers. Instead of the usual $1 million, it was worth $2 million.
On Monday night, the Powerball winning numbers were 19, 35, 53, 54, 67, and the Powerball was 21 with a 2X Power Play. The probability of winning the Powerball jackpot is reportedly 292,201,388 to 1, while the likelihood of matching five numbers is around 1 in 11,688,053.
After more than 30 drawings without a winner in the previous three months, the Powerball jackpot hit $2.04 billion on November 7. One Southern Californian winner of the draw received the record-breaking jackpot.
Previous Powerball Winner was a Truck Driver
The red Powerball was 10, and the winning Powerball numbers on November 7 were 10, 33, 41, 47, and 56. A retired truck driver from Salem, Oregon, aged 82, correctly predicted five numbers to win a $1 million reward.
Brooks Keebey admitted to the publication that he had impulsively spent $10 on Powerball tickets. Keebey stated that the TNT Hollywood Tavern in Salem is where he purchased the tickets.
He said that although the winning ticket had been sold to him, it did not include the Powerball. Keebey stated that when the terminal instructed him to attend customer service after scanning his ticket at a nearby retailer, he sensed something wasn’t right.
Keebey shared his plans, noting that he will use the money to purchase his wife a Cadillac and to pay property taxes. Keebey said he was pleased with the $1 million reward, adding that he was “not greedy.” The Oregon Lottery revealed that Keebey received almost $680,000 after state and federal taxes.
