Next Level Chef is an American reality TV show that started on Fox on January 2, 2022. It is directed by Paul Starkman. On May 17, 2021, it was announced that Fox had ordered the show. Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais will serve as mentors, and Gordon Ramsay will be the host.

According to droidjournal, Fox renewed the show for a second season on March 2, 2022, before the last episode of the first season aired on the same day. After Super Bowl LVII on Sunday, February 12, 2023, the new season will start.
The show is filmed in Las Vegas on a set that was built there. The set is made up of three kitchens that are stacked on top of each other. It is built inside an industrial tent. Gas is used to power many parts of the set, such as the burners, ranges, and generators.
Next Level Chef Format and Cast
Fifteen chefs compete in a series of cooking challenges. They are split into three teams, and Ramsay, Arrington, and Blais lead and judge them. In each episode, a chef is put in one of three kitchens that are stacked on top of each other. The top level has a lot of modern tools and gadgets, the middle level is a standard commercial kitchen, and the bottom level has a small amount of lower-quality tools.

In the second season, Ramsay, along with chefs Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais, will again be in charge of the competition. Since the show won’t start until 2023, we don’t know anything about the chefs who will be competing.

Next Level Chef Season 2 Format
The main competition is a series of challenges between 15 chefs. They are split into three groups, and Ramsay, Arrington, and Blais are in charge of each group. The chefs are asked to cook in a kitchen with three levels. The top level has the best tools and gadgets, while the middle level is a normal kitchen and the bottom level has few tools.
First, the chefs are put into three groups of five, and each group is given a random mentor and kitchen. The mentors choose a chef for their team based on the dishes, and that person is then sent to their own kitchen.
Before each challenge, a platform with all the ingredients is shown. The items must be gathered in 30 seconds, and then the cooking process must be done in 45 minutes.

The chef whose dish turns out to be the best doesn’t have to worry about being cut. The mentors then pick anyone for a 30-minute top-level challenge. During the whole challenge, the chefs keep looking at the ingredient platform.
The winning team’s mentor gives his thoughts, and the team members also have a chance to say something. The remaining mentors decide which chef should be kicked off, and if they can’t agree, the winning team’s mentor has a tie-breaking vote.
