Big Mouth Season 6 Netflix Renewal Status
Netflix’s Renewal Is Official Updated (November 15, 2021) Status: Renewed
Big Mouth was renewed for a sixth season before the fifth season had even aired. Netflix announced in July 2019 that Big Mouth had continued until season 6 ahead of the October 2019 premiere of season 3.
If Big Mouth hadn’t already been renewed, the show would have gotten another season because of how well it’s doing. At its publication, Big Mouth had made it into the top ten in fifty nations, including the United States.
What to Expect From the Sixth Season of Big Mouth?
Nick
Nick’s lovebug turned into a hateworm when he had his heart broken by Jessi and was publically humiliated in front of his peers. After meeting his adult counterpart, Nick Kroll, Nick can get over his hatred of Jessi and the world.

Nick will make amends to his loved ones for the time he spent being resentful in the upcoming season. Naturally, as he comes to terms with growing older, the impulses and hormones of puberty will likely run wild.
Jessi
Jessi discovers her attraction to women with her interest in men as she explores her sexuality. Samira, Ali’s girlfriend, was highly envious of her and Jessi’s friendship, which was a significant factor in the breakup. Jessi’s neglect of her friendship with Missy was a side effect of her closeness to this pair. Jessi and Missy are friends again, and she and Ali started dating at the end of the season.
The season will undoubtedly see Jessi delving deeper into her burgeoning romance with Ali. With Ali already being incredibly sexually active, we can see Jessi freaking out that she may not be able to satisfy her new partner due to her lack of experience.
Andrew
In season 5, Andrew continued to be an incredibly horny teenager, much to the dismay of his peers and the admiration of Maury. However, Andrew has truly matured as a person and grows more assured with each new season.

Because Maury is so pleased with his protégé, Andrew will likely increase his efforts to find a girlfriend and explore alternative means of relieving stress.
Jay
Ever since he admitted to being bisexual, Jay has struggled to find a partner that can meet all of his needs. Since Jay grew weary of playing second fiddle to Charles Lu, he and Matthew have started dating after a problematic start. Meanwhile, Jay briefly reconciled with Lola before choosing Matthew over her because of their toxic relationship.
Matthew is the more inexperienced of the two, while Jay is already one of the most sexually active kids at school. Whether or not their connection progresses from the platonic to the romantic stage remains open.
Missy
Missy had a rough year that left her with a lot of pent-up adolescent rage. Missy almost lost everyone because of her terrible attitude toward her family and the harmful rumors she circulated about other students at school. Missy’s “hate worm” became a “love bug” when, following Jessi’s apology, she understood her mistakes and started loving herself.
DeVon abandoned any chance of a relationship with Missy and returned to his highly destructive one with Devin. Missy’s rising self-assurance, though, gives Connie hope that she may eventually succeed in convincing Missy to claim DeVon as her own.
Will Season 6 Be the Last Season of Big Mouth?
No information on a potential seventh season of Big Mouth has been announced, as the show has only been renewed until season 6. However, for an additional season, Netflix has been known to continue its most extensive adult-animated comedy series. Given the story’s trajectory, it wouldn’t be shocking if season 6 was the last of Big Mouth.
