Jeff Pope, who serves as executive producer for the ITV show The Walk-In, is responsible for bringing the most recent real crime narrative to the small screen.
The five-parter stars Stephen Graham as Matthew Collins, a rehabilitated neo-Nazi who later infiltrated a far-right gang and assisted in preventing the murder of Labour MP Rosie Cooper in 2017.
Other stars include Jason Flemyng, Christopher Coghill, Dean-Charles Chapman, and Leanne Best. The show addresses some of today’s most controversial topics, such as racism, free speech, and terrorism.

The plot of this five-part drama centers on Matthew Collins and his efforts to prevent the radicalization of young white men before it even begins. Soon after, he identifies a Neo-Nazi group that is on the far right and distinguishes itself with a youthful and well-kept image, but its goal is to still start a racial war.
His mode of operation is to infiltrate such organizations by running moles, sometimes known as walk-ins, with the intention of disseminating information online about their operations with the intention of exposing and fracturing the organizations.
In spite of the fact that he tried numerous times, he was not successful in joining this specific organization. As a result, they were able to keep expanding their power relatively unhindered until the heinous murder of a member of parliament named Jo Cox, which brought their potential into sharp focus.
Following this, they became the first organization of the far right to be outlawed by the government since the end of the Second World War.
Matthew Collins was aware that the group would only have been forced underground despite the fact that the marches and the posts on social media had ceased. He also believed that he had probably lost any opportunity of acquiring intelligence from within the organization.
Up until one day in March of 2017, when he got an email from someone saying they were a member of the organization. A mole who is prepared to talk about a horrible plot to murder another member of parliament. In the end, he is successful in thwarting a conspiracy to kill Rosie Cooper, a Labour MP.
