Actors often report feeling uneasy while filming s*x scenes. One of the actors on the set of the 2013 film Her was so bored they left in the middle of a scene.
Scarlett Johansson claims that her co-star, Joaquin Phoenix, struggled through their sexual sequences in the movie Her.
ScarJo, who played a Siri-like female voice that had a sexual relationship with Joaquin’s character in the movie, detailed how her fake orgasm caused Joaquin to storm out of the studio during an appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast last week.
When Scarlett remarked, “We tried to get through one take, and he was, like, losing it,” he meant it literally. To put it simply, he required some time off. He walked out of the studio.
And she continued, “You never want to hear your own voice again. The sound of your own orgasm is something you most certainly do not want to hear. A fake orgasm would make you sound awful, and you wouldn’t want to hear that. How revolting! The whole thing was just so strange.

It’s too bad for that guy. I don’t know how he survived that. It’s probably not easy for Scarlett Johansson to film a se* scene in which she pretends to have an orgasm while being paid a lot of money. That ranks among the worst professions in the world.
Thankfully, Joaquin could pull himself together long enough to continue the action.
