Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, Frankie Stein, and Deuce Gorgon are just a few fan-favorite Monster High students who appear in the new teaser. It follows our four main ghoulish characters as they come into their own, learns to appreciate their individuality as monsters, and mature into the firm and courageous beasts they were always intended to be.
The new trailer is filled with plenty of spooky and seasonally appropriate-puns. The show will chronicle their experiences at the eponymous Monster High, both in and out of the classroom.
The title of the preview episode, “Food Fight,” suggests the theme of the next monster mash. In this episode, Clawdeen and Frankie try to help Draculaura control the tater she accidently brought to life while attempting to perform witchcraft. Then, in “Unfinished Brain-ness,” Frankie is cursed by their brain’s former existence but is aided in the process by Clawdeen and Draculaura.
Gabrielle Nevaeh Green voices Clawdeen Wolf; Courtney Lin voices Draculaura; Iris Menas voices Frankie Stein; Tony Revolori voices Deuce Gorgon; Kausar Mohammed voices Cleo de Nile; Valeria Rodriguez expresses Lagoona Blue; Alexa Kahn voices Torelei Stripe; Alexander Polinsky voices Heath Burns, and Debra Wilson voices Headmistress Bloodgood.
On Friday, October 7, the preview episode will be made accessible on the Nick app, Nick.com, and video-on-demand. But starting this Friday, October 7, you can watch a sneak preview of Monster High on the Nickelodeon YouTube channel.
The Monster High doll line was first released by Mattel in 2010, and it has since become one of the company’s best-selling lines. Shea Fontana, who also acts as showrunner, is the new show’s executive producer.
