The CHill was dissolved exactly two years after the couple tied the knot on 10-10-20.
On Wednesday, former cast member of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Cynthia Bailey and her husband, sports journalist Mike Hill, made the announcement that they are divorced.
On their respective verified Instagram pages, the couple informed their followers of the news by posting a photo of themselves smiling together.
They added, “LOVE is a wonderful thing,” on the card. Although we will always love one another, we have come to the conclusion that it is best for us to go our own ways.
“There is no one to blame, and we are thankful that our friendship has remained strong.” The wonderful moments that we have created together as husband and wife are ones that we will always hold dear,” the caption said further. “A good number of you have been on this road with us from the very beginning, and we are grateful to our family, friends, and devoted fans for your positive support as we move ahead and begin new chapters.”
The couple expressed their gratitude to their supporters for their good wishes and prayers.
After Steve Harvey introduced the two of them to one other on his daytime talk show and gave them the nickname “CHill,” their budding romance became a significant plot point in her reality series.
They also had an appearance on the OWN television series “Black Love,” in which Hill revealed that Bailey “ghosted” him but that she rekindled his interest after she tweeted a photo of herself in a bikini on a beach in Mexico with the caption “thirst trap.”
OWN and CNN are both properties that fall within the Warner Bros. Discovery umbrella.
