Hello There, Person Responsible for Paying Taxes! It is now an extremely challenging endeavour to get in touch with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and obtain answers to even the most fundamental questions. Consequently, I made the decision to get in touch with our Congresswoman.

It seems that the congresswoman, and not your friendly neighbourhood accountant, has a “better chance” of “getting something done in Washington” with the Internal Revenue Service. This is the impression that is being drawn from this passage (IRS).
