On Wednesday, August 3, Loren, who is 33 years old, updated her fans on her condition on Instagram by sharing a photo of herself. “I didn’t know who needs to hear this today, but I’m honestly having such a s–ty day,” she stated while applying a face mask to herself. “I’m honestly having such a s–ty day.” It’s fine to admit that you’re having a bad day.
After explaining that she was trying to cheer herself up by putting on the face mask, Loren continued to offer some words of wisdom. “I just want you to know that if you’re having a horrible day, all you have to do is do something that makes you smile. It’s as simple as that. Even if it’s only for five minutes, five hours, or ten minutes,” the reality TV star went on to say. “Just keep in mind that it’s normal to have a bad day, and that there’s always tomorrow.”
On Thursday, August 4, Loren posted many times to her Instagram Story, each time reiterating a previous statement that she isn’t feeling well. She communicated to others who followed her, “I still feel kind of s–ty and I feel like that’s still OK.” “Because sometimes your mood just carries over to the next day, and even when that happens, it doesn’t make it right. It does not render it incorrect in any way. It doesn’t make you a bad person, that’s for sure.” Additionally, she said, “Are we still human after all this?”
Loren added that she was making the best of her day by putting on makeup and wearing a nice dress, despite the fact that she was still feeling “sty.” She proceeded by saying, “Hopefully later on and tomorrow will be a lot better.” “So, for anyone else out there who is still having a terrible day, I want to tell you not to be so hard on yourself. It’s fine to take an additional day to mope around and feel like crap.
The TLC star shared a selfie with her fans that showed her sitting behind the wheel of her vehicle in the subsequent slide of her Instagram Stories.
