Additionally, Alex Holder provided the committee with additional exclusive interviews with Trump-related individuals.

After a recently leaked video clip showed Ivanka Trump-supporting her father’s efforts to rig the election, it is possible that she lied to the House Select Committee during her testimony. Ivanka Trump is the eldest daughter of former President Donald Trump.

Ivanka met with investigators for the House Select Committee in April and disclosed to them that she agreed with former Attorney General William Barr’s assertion that there was no proof her father’s 2020 election had been rigged.

“It changed my viewpoint. She testified, “I respected Attorney General Barr, therefore I accepted what he stated.

Ivanka, however, was heard telling her father to “continue to fight until every legal remedy is exhausted” in a recently leaked video that The New York Times first obtained. She also stated that this was necessary because people were questioning “the sanctity of our elections.””

The footage was a portion of a collection that director Alex Holder gave to the House Select Committee looking into the circumstances leading up to the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

More than a week after Barr said that the Justice Department and FBI had not discovered any evidence of widespread fraud that could have affected the outcome of the 2020 elections, the interview was shot on December 10, 2020.

Ivanka was heard in the tape saying, “I think that, as the president has stated, every single vote needs to be tallied and deserves to be heard, and he campaigned for the voiceless. He has to engage in this battle.

He loves this country and its people, and he wants to ensure that their voice is heard and not muted. You fight for what you love most, after all.

Holder said on Tuesday that after the committee subpoenaed him, he also provided a video of additional previously unreleased interviews with several people connected to the former president.

The interview films included those conducted with Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and former vice president Mike Pence. His movie was envisioned as Trump’s legacy endeavour.

Holder also disclosed that the committee would be taking his deposition on Thursday during the panel’s final open meeting of the month. There will be more hearings in July.
