Riley Greene, a rookie outfielder with the Detroit Tigers, was reportedly taken from Friday’s game against the New York Yankees due to an apparent injury, according to sources.
Greene’s injury is still unknown, as is the nature of his injury.

Greene, who was hitting.400 in spring training heading into Friday’s game against the New York Yankees, smashed a three-run homer off Gerrit Cole in his only at-bat. Along with two home runs and three doubles, it was his second triple of the spring.
He was taken out of the game before the top of the next inning.
